Have an opinion about our website? Want to provide feedback on what would make even better?

The Parma City School District wants to hear from you!

PCSD will be redesigning and releasing a fresh look in August 2019. In the early stages of this process, the district is looking for input and feedback about the current website.

“Our goal and priority as a department is to provide an enhanced, higher-quality user experience for parents, staff and the public on,” Dan Rajkovich, supervisor of public relations, expressed. “We want there to be better usability and functionality for all users so important information can be accessed quickly and easily.”

The district would like families, staff and community stakeholders to weigh in on what’s working and what’s not on the district’s website, and ways it can be improved. This data will be used to create a more effective website that meets the needs of visitors while promoting what makes Parma Schools stand out.

“We will also be focusing on improving accessibility with our new website, which is critical,” Rajkovich said. “In addition, redesigning the website allows us to have better clarity and consistency among all pages, clear out old and outdated materials, and make the website more modern, to better highlight and promote the achievements of our students and staff.”

Over the past year, there were approximately 832,000 visits to, with a majority of the visits accessing the “For Staff” and “For Parent” sections, as well as viewing key pages like Home Access Center, District Calendar and Lunch Menus.

Rajkovich explained that the district will be using analytics, like what pages are most viewed and clicked on, as well as feedback from the stakeholder surveys to determine the layout of the new website. There will also be a more visual element to the new website with photos and videos.

The survey is open to all and will be up from now through December 31. The district will also post a different question about the website on Facebook each week to gain feedback from social media followers.
