NOTICE REGARDING
APRIL 2021 PARMA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
CURRICULUM COMMITTEE MEETING

Pursuant to R.C. 3313.16 and R.C. 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the April 19, 2021 Curriculum Committee Meeting of the Board of Education of the Parma City School District, Cuyahoga County, Ohio is rescheduled to:

Monday, April 26, 2021 at 10:30 a.m.

In November 2020, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed H.B. 404 extending the effectiveness of Am. Sub. H.B. 197 signed on March 27, 2020, authorizing governing bodies, including public school boards, to conduct open meetings using teleconference or other video and electronic technology until July 1, 2021.

In accordance with the electronic meeting provisions of Am. Sub. H.B. 197 and H.B. 404, the Parma City School District Board of Education, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereby provides public notice that its April 26, 2021 Curriculum Committee Meeting will be conducted electronically beginning at 10:30 a.m.

The public may view the meeting by visiting the District’s Facebook page at facebook.com/parmaschools or the District’s website at www.parmacityschools.org or https://www.parmacityschools.org/board.

Consistent with the District’s policy at committee meetings held prior to the enactment of Am. Sub. H.B. 197, there will be no public participation at the April 26, 2021 electronic Curriculum Committee Meeting.
