NOTICE OF PARMA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION SPECIAL MEETING
Pursuant to R.C. 3313.16 and R.C. 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Parma City School District, Cuyahoga County, Ohio is scheduled to be held.
Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
The Board of Education will adjourn to Executive Session for the specific reason(s) identified on the attachment to this Notice.
In November 2020, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed H.B. 404 extending the effectiveness of Am. Sub. H.B. 197 signed on March 27, 2020, authorizing governing bodies, including public school boards, to conduct open meetings using teleconference or other video and electronic technology until July 1, 2021.
In accordance with the electronic meeting provisions of Am. Sub. H.B. 197 and H.B. 404, the Parma City School District Board of Education, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereby provides public notice that its March 25, 2021 Special Meeting will be conducted electronically beginning at 5:00 p.m.
