Notice of PCSD Board of Education 2021 Regular Meeting Schedule

On January 7, 2021, the PCSD Board of Education passed Resolution 2021-01-01, 2021 Schedule of Regular Board Meeting Dates.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Parma City School District will regularly meet to conduct all business to come before it on the following dates at 6:00 p.m.

- In November 2020, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed H.B. 404 extending the effectiveness of Arn. Sub. H.B. 197 signed on March 27, 2020, authorizing governing bodies, including public school boards, to conduct open meetings using teleconference or other video and electronic technology until July 1, 2021.
- In accordance with the electronic meeting provisions of Arn. Sub. H.B. 197 and H.B. 404, the Parma City School District Board of Education, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereby provides public notice that its Regular Meeting(s) will be conducted electronically through July 1, 2021. After July 1, 2021, Regular Meeting(s) will be held in the Board Meeting Room at the District Administration Center located at 5311 Longwood Avenue, Parma 44134
- Between January 1, 2021 and July 1, 2021 the public may view the meeting(s) by visiting the District's Facebook page at facebook.com/parmaschools or the District's website at www.parmacityschools.org or https://www.parmacityschools.org/board.
- Members of the public may submit public comment on Board agenda resolutions or general matters by e-mailing Pam Bartkowski at bartkowskip@parmacityschools.org prior to 6:00 p.m. each meeting day.
- The agenda for the Board's Regular Meeting(s) will be posted on the District's website at https://www.boarddocs.com/oh /parma/Board.nsf at 12:00 am each meeting day.

BE IT RESOLVED that a notice will be posted should there be any changes to this schedule.
BE IT RESOLVED that upon request to the Business Department, the district shall make reasonable accommodation for a disabled person to be able to participate in these activities.
