NOTICE REGARDING
SEPTEMBER 11, 2020 PARMA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING

On March 27, 2020, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed Am. Sub. H.B. 197 authorizing governing bodies, including public school boards, to conduct open meetings using teleconference or other video and electronic technology until December 1, 2020, or until the state of emergency expires.

In accordance with the electronic meeting provisions of Am. Sub. H.B. 197, the Parma City School District Board of Education, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereby provides public notice that its September 11, 2020 Finance Committee Meeting will be conducted electronically beginning at 1:30 p.m.

The public may view the meeting by visiting the District’s Facebook page at facebook.com/parmaschools or the District’s website at www.parmacityschools.org or https://www.parmacityschools.org/board. Consistent with the District’s policy at committee meetings held prior to the enactment of Am. Sub. H.B. 197, there will be no public participation at the September 11, 2020 electronic Finance Committee Meeting.
