Public Auction of Used Surplus Property Parma City School District Notice

Public Auction of Used Surplus Property by the Board of Education of the Parma City School District Notice. Notice ls hereby given that the Board of Education of the Parma City School District (the "Board') will offer for sale at public auction used surplus equipment (the Property) no longer needed by the Board. The public auction for the Property will be conducted online at www.fasttrackauction.com and shall commence live online June 19, 2023, sale ends Monday July 10, 2023, with removal of items on July 12 -13, 2023.

Method of Sale. The public auction for the property will be conducted and all bids and payments related thereto, including payment of the security deposit, shall be made in accordance with and subject to the "Conditions of Sale” available online at www.fasttrackauctlon.com. The Property may be offered in bulk, in lots or by the piece, or some combination thereof, and the Board reserves the right to add or remove items of property offered. The Board intends to accepts the highest bid as determined by the Boards Treasurer/CFO, subject to the right of the Treasurer/CFO to reject any and all bids, but any such sale shall not be final until acceptance of the bid by the Treasurer/CFO on behalf of the Board.
