How does it feel to be in this new position?
I am excited to be in this new position. I was a 2003 graduate from Parma Senior High School, so to come back to the school 20 years later is an incredible opportunity.

Why did you want this new position?
I recognize that the transition year and impending closure of this building will present challenges this school year. However, I recognize the unique opportunity that exists this year to honor the history of PSH and celebrate the staff and students that have made Parma High School such a great place to teach and learn for decades. I am excited to grow as an administrator and having a chance to be a part of the tremendous Parma Senior High community.

What are you most looking forward to this school year?
After working at a middle school the last three years, I am excited to be part of the events that make high school so much fun - Friday Night Lights and other athletic competitions, theater, dances, pep rallies and all the other things that would just be too much to list.

Goals:
I would like to grow as an instructional leader while continuing to help foster a collaborative and safe learning environment at Parma, working closely with students and teachers to achieve this goal. Being a PCSD graduate, long term, I would love to remain in this district and continue to serve the schools and the community that helped me become who I am.

What do you want people to know about you?
I am married to my wife Amber, and we have four kids ages 8, 7, 2, and 2. My wife and I are high school sweethearts, meeting at PSH, and we will be celebrating 14 years married (20 together) this October. I actually proposed to Amber at my brother's senior night wrestling match... Before entering education, I was an attorney, practicing primarily in the juvenile court. I still have an active license. I was also a Parma Council Representative from 2011-2021. I enjoy cooking and trying new restaurants. I am an avid Guardians fan and love all Cleveland sports (although baseball is my favorite).
