Welcome New Staff

Nancy Gusley - Noon Monitor

The kids know me as Miss Nancy. I enjoy single trail mountain biking, working out at the gym, golfing. I also enjoy camping with my family out at Round Up Lake. I have two sons that are still in college. My favorite thing is spending with my two sons. They are my best friends.

Vanessa Spring - Speech and Language Pathologist

The kids know me as Mrs. Spring. I have been married for 35 years to a wonderful man, we have three sons, and three daughters-in-law. We have seven grandchildren and are very excited about our newest addition of twins who are due in November! My hobbies include home staging, landscaping, gardening and skiing, when I am not spending time with family.

I have had the opportunity to work in several school districts as a Special Services Director, Special Education Supervisor and Speech-Language Pathologist, in different areas of Ohio and in North Carolina. One of the most unusual jobs I had was in Put-In-Bay where I used the ferry to get back and forth to work in the fall and spring and actually flew in a plane during the winter months when Lake Erie was frozen!

I enjoy being a member of the Parma Park Elementary Staff because we are one large family here. “Every student belongs to everyone.” is the way our staff thinks. We care about our children like they are our family!

Christine Malone - Kindergarten Teacher

The kids know me Ms. Malone. My background and experience is in early childhood  education as I was a director at a local preschool for almost five years. I graduated in the Spring of 2019 from Cleveland State University with my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.  While attending college, I completed my student teaching at John Muir Elementary School in the Parma City School District. I am thrilled to continue to be a part of the PCSD family!
