PARMA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
BOARD OF EDUCATION SPECIAL MEETING

Pursuant to R.C. 3313.16 and R.C. 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given
that a Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Parma City School District, Cuyahoga
County, Ohio is scheduled to be held.

When: Wednesday, May 31, 2023 ~ 6:00 p.m.
Where: Parma City School District – Administration Building
5311 Longwood Avenue; Parma, Ohio 44134

The Board of Education will adjourn to Executive Session for the specific reason(s) identified on
the attachment to this Notice.
The Board of Education may consider any and all regular and other matters that may come
before the Board in open session following their Executive Session.
Upon request to the Business Department, the district shall make reasonable accommodation
for a disabled person to be able to participate in this activity.
