Purple Star Designations
We are proud to share that all schools in our district have been designated as 2026 Purple Star Schools by the State of Ohio. This marks the first time every building in the district has earned this recognition.
The Purple Star designation is awarded to schools that demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting military-connected students and their families. Schools receiving this honor implement meaningful practices, resources, and programming designed to ease transitions and ensure students feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success both academically and socially.
Earning this designation across all buildings reflects a districtwide effort and a shared commitment among our staff to meet the unique needs of military families. We are honored to serve those who serve our country and proud to create school environments where every student feels connected and supported.
