Tracy L. Paroubek Named Principal of Greenbriar Middle School

Parma City School District is excited to welcome Tracy L. Paroubek as the new principal of Greenbriar Middle School.
Paroubek joins Parma City School District with more than 24 years of experience in public education. Most recently, she served as Assistant Principal at Chardon Middle School, where she helped lead school improvement efforts through instructional leadership, teacher coaching, positive behavior supports, family engagement, and collaborative problem-solving. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in building meaningful relationships, maintaining high expectations, and creating systems that help both students and staff thrive.
Before moving into administration, Paroubek spent nearly two decades as a music educator, teaching students from kindergarten through high school and leading band, choir, general music, and marching band programs. In 2019, she was recognized as one of School Band and Orchestra Magazine's "50 Directors Who Make a Difference."
Paroubek earned a Master of Educational Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Music Education from The Ohio State University. She is eager to become part of the Greenbriar community and looks forward to partnering with students, families, and staff to continue the school's tradition of excellence.
