Board Meeting Streaming Format Update

We value keeping our community informed and engaged in the work of the PCSD Board of Education. After reviewing how we share Board meeting information, the District will transition away from live streaming meetings.

Beginning Thursday, February 12, Board of Education meetings will be recorded in an audio-only format and made available the following day on the District’s website and YouTube channel. Recordings will be posted in full and will not be edited in any way.

Any documents, presentations, or materials shared during Board meetings will continue to be available to the public through the BoardDocs website, consistent with past practice. These materials include all information that would otherwise have been visible during a video livestream.

This approach allows the District to provide clear, reliable access to meeting content while maintaining a complete and accurate record of Board discussions and decisions. It also helps ensure meetings remain focused on the work of the District in support of student learning and success.

Board of Education meetings remain open to the public, and community members are always welcome to attend in person.
