Strategic Plan

Strategic planning plays a vital role in the continuous improvement efforts of the Parma City School District. It is the process of documenting and establishing the direction of the district by assessing where we are and envisioning where we, as a community, want to be. This plan is being developed by employees of the Parma City School District, families, community members, and other stakeholders through a series of in-person and online focus groups and online surveys.
