Tammie Sebastian and her husband Carman, have been residents of Parma Heights for 22 years and have deep family ties to the Parma City School District. Their daughters, Nikolette and Noell, attended Parma City School District and are graduates of Valley Forge High School. Carman also attended PCSD throughout his school career.

Tammie brings more than 20 years of experience in education, advocacy, policy and family engagement to her role on the Parma City School District Board of Education. Her work is grounded in an integrative leadership approach that brings together families, educators, administrators, and community partners to strengthen educational systems and support success. 

Professionally, Tammie has extensive experience in special education advocacy, dispute resolution, and collaborative problem-solving. She is known for facilitating productive dialogue, navigating complex educational issues, and aligning a strong understanding of educational law and human-centered perspectives to reach thoughtful, student centered solutions.
