Dr. Leah Euerle

Dr. Leah Euerle serves as a Student Wellness Consultant at the Educational Service Center (ESC) of Northeast Ohio, where she supports districts in enhancing student well-being, mental health initiatives, and comprehensive support systems. She brings to the Board of Education extensive experience as both an educator and an administrator, having taught elementary, middle and high school students in the areas of social studies and history.

Leah's leadership background spans the PK-12 continuum. She previously served as building principal in the Parma City School District- experience that provides her with valuable insight into the needs, strengths and opportunities within the district she now proudly serves as a board member. 

Over the course of her career, Leah has led major instructional and climate initiatives, including the creation and implementation of a K-3 Writing Program and a districtwide K-12 Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program. She is also credentialed with a wide range of specialized professional training and certifications, including LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling), PBIS, CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute), OPES (Ohio Principal Evaluation System), OTES (Ohio Teacher Evaluation System), IIRP Restorative Practices Trainer, Zero to Three Early Childhood Development Trainer, and QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Trainer.  

Leah holds an Ohio Middle Childhood Teaching License, a PK-12 Professional Principal License, and a Superintendent's License. She earned her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies in Education, strengthening her commitment to research-driven practice and student-centered leadership. 

A Parma resident, Leah lives with her husband and their four children. She is honored to serve the community and remains dedicated to fostering safe, supportive, and high-achieving schools for all students. Leah can be reached at euerlel@parmacityschools.org
