Email: email@example.comBoys Basketball Tryouts: (10/30-10/31)1. Begin the week of October 30. Tryouts will be afterschool until 5:00 for grade 8 and 5:00-6:30 for grade 7. After tryouts, practice will resume in early-mid December.2. See participation requirements below.3. Coaches: 7th-Coach Day (firstname.lastname@example.org); 8th-Coach Studier (email@example.com)4. There will be two days of tryouts. Players are expected to attend both days. At the end of the second day, the coaches will select the final roster.PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: (All Sports)
1. A completed OHSAA Physical signed and dated by a physician. Physicals are valid for 13 months. There is a link to the form on the left of this page.
2. All forms are completed and signed by both a parent and student on Final Forms. Instructions to register for Final Forms are included in the link on the left of the page. YOU CANNOT participate without all forms being completed and signed. (https://parma-oh.finalforms.com/)
3. Eligibility will go into effect based upon the previous quarter's grades. You must pass 4 classes and have a minimum of 1.0 G.P.A to maintain eligibility. All incoming (FALL only) 7th graders are automatically eligible.

*Tickets must be purchased at the above website for all home athletic events. Season tickets are available. Prices are Adults $5, students $2 plus all fees.
