General Information Regarding Athletic Participation

     TRACK will begin in early March.  Please make sure all requirements below are completed before coming to practice.  There will be an online order store to purchase the required t-shirt.  It is the same as last year.  There is a cotton and dry-fit option.  All runners/throwers must have black shorts.  These can be purchased online as well if you do not have them.  All other options are optional.

     

    BOYS-Practice will be March 11-12 from 3:00-4:30 at Hillside MS. Be prepared to go outside or inside.

    GILRS-Practice will be March 9-10 from 3-4:30. Be prepared to go outide or inside.

    Make sure you have ordered the required t-shirt from gearinup.com.

     

     

      PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:

    1. A completed OHSAA Physical signed and dated by a physician.  Physicals are valid for 13 months. There is a link for the form on the left of this page. Please turn in only pages 3 and 4 to Mr. Ziemianski at Hillside.

    2. All forms completed and signed by both parent and student on Final Forms. Instructions to register for Final Forms are included in the link on the left of the page.

    3. For the FALL, all 8th-grade students must have earned at least a 1.0 G.P.A and passed 5 classes from the fourth marking period of the 2018-2019 school year. Once new grades are posted for the first quarter of the 2019-2020 school year, eligibility requirements will be for both 7th and 8th-grade students.
