Welcome to the Operations Department
The operations staff is dedicated to providing an outstanding educational environment for all students, teachers, support staff and administrators in the Parma City School District.
The functions of the Operations Department includes the real estate management of 15 school buildings, 3 alternate use buildings, central office, and Byers Field. This includes renovations, alterations, and construction projects; maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds; custodial and cleaner support; bus transportation; food services; monitors; office support staff and managing energy conservation.
These functions are accomplished through the day-to-day efforts of dedicated support staff, working to provide an atmosphere to meet the Superintendent’s academic goals as supported and established by members of the Board of Education.
