Connect With a Home Liaison

Our Home Liaisons are here to help support your student(s) succeed. They focus on supporting the whole child by linking families and students to community resources.

The goal is to build the bridges between families, schools and communities to
address issues that prevent the attainment of academic success in the classroom
setting. As well as identify resources and opportunities to improve student
wellness, increase family engagement, and serve the whole child.
