I would like to take a moment to outline our schedule and procedures for families to pick up their personal items or educational materials in lockers and classrooms.  We have put several restrictions into place to help maintain a safe and healthy environment as possible.  You will be able to access your items on Wednesday, May 6th, according to the following staggered schedule:

These times are by student last name.  Siblings with different last names can come to either time.

• 9:00-10:30 Last Names A-F
• 10:30-12:00 Last Names G-L
• 1:00-2:30 Last Names M-R
• 2:30-4:00 Last Names S-Z

Please adhere to this schedule as we want to limit the number of people in the building at a time.  Students and families will only be allowed in when a staff escort is available to walk them to the needed areas.  Please wait by the front door, maintaining 6 feet of separation, until a staff member is available.  We will have hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray available at the door.

Teachers are currently bagging up all of the items from each student's desk.  These bags will be placed by each student's locker.  Families will not have access to the classrooms themselves or any other part of the building but will be escorted to their locker.  In addition, the lost and found will be located near the entrance as well as a drop-off table where you can leave any items that you need to give to staff. Some examples of items you can leave would be student work and library books. 

Thank you for your patience and understanding with our process.  Our goal is to maintain a safe environment while allowing students access to their personal items and work materials needed to finish the school year through distance learning.
