During one-on-one phone and chat sessions, 211 team uses this comprehensive database to identify the services that best fit your needs, customized to your unique situation.
They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to review your options for help, develop a plan and act as your advocate if you are faced with barriers to service.
