Chris Wollmann - Class of 1993

  • Chris Wollmann '93 While at Normandy, Chris was a four year letter winner in golf. Chris won a state title in 1990 in addition to being a two time state runner up. Chris also earned League MVP honors three times, 1990, 1991 and 1992. He led the Invaders to two conference championships.

    Chris played golf at The Ohio State University where he was a member of three Big Ten championships. In 1994 Chris was a scholar athlete at Ohio State. Chris is sixth in school history at Ohio State in Individual Tournament Wins.

    In 1995, Chris won the Publinks Championship, the only one in School history.
    Chris also won the Les Bolstad Award in both 1996 and 1997 for the lowest season average in the Big Ten.

    In 1997, Chris qualified for the Masters Tournament and the U.S. Open. He was also a member of the 1997 US Walker Cup team.

    Chris currently resides in Medina with is wife Amy. Together they have two children together, Alex and Anna. He works at Jackson, Dieken & Associates.
