Makes 3 cups
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle powder
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup olive oil
1. Add all ingredients except for oil to a blender.
2. Turn blender onto medium speed and slowly drizzle the oil in until well emulsified.
3. Use as desired.
