General Information

  • The mission of the Parma Area Community Television Network, also known as the PACT, is to provide high-quality, informative programming to the residents of Parma, Parma Heights and Seven Hills 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The PACT will focus on activities and achievements involving the Parma City School District, the cities of Parma, Parma Heights and Seven Hills, and other local community partners.

The PACT is available for customers of Cox Communications Digital Cable in Parma, Parma Heights and Seven Hills on Channel 74.  PACT is also on AT&T U-Verse, throughout Northeast Ohio, on Channel 99. View our channel listing for more details.

As the anchor for the PACT, the Parma City School District handles nearly all of the production duties using a Radio and Television studio located at Parma Senior High School. Students enrolled in the Digital Media and Creative Arts (formerly Radio and Television) Career and Technical Education classes are involved with the station in a variety of production aspects throughout the school year.

A Board of Trustees has been established to oversee matters involving policy and standards. It consists of the Superintendent, the Director of Communications and Community Relations, and the Administrative Specialist for Broadcast Communications.

The PACT Network places an emphasis on quality rather than quantity. This approach enables us to create a distinctive product among our peers, build a solid foundation of long-lasting and relevant programming, and offer our students substantive educational experiences outside of the classroom.

Please refer to our weekly programming guide for broadcast times and episode details.
