EXTENDED DAY CHILD CARE TUITION RATES FOR 2023 - 2024:

• K-4 Before School: Opens at 7:00 AM
  Four to five days $42.00 per child, per week
  One to three days $39.00 per child, per week
  
  
• K-6 After School: Closes at 6:00 PM
  Four to five days $52.00 per child, per week
  One to three days $46.00 per child, per week
  
  
• K-4 Before/After School: Opens at 7:00 AM - Closes at 6:00 PM
  Four to five days $87.00 per child, per week

Family discount policy 
A family discount plan of 10% is applied for families that have more than one child enrolled in the same child care program on a full-time basis (full-time being 4-5 days per week). Parents will be required to pay the full price for the youngest child enrolled. All other enrolled children will be charged 10% less than the amount listed above.

We are pleased to offer 2 new Child Care tuition payment options:

• EZ-EFT (Auto Pay) – Convenient and at no cost to you, the authorization form allows us to bill your financial institution or credit card on the tuition due date without the need to call our office each time. To enroll, please ask your Team Leader for the authorization form and complete and return it to the Team Leader at your EDC program; or call our office at 440-885-2484, and ask to be enrolled in this service. You may enroll or cancel Auto Pay at any time during the school year by calling our office at 440‐885‐2484.
• "MyProcare.com" - MyProcare is a free online portal for you to access your tuition account and easily pay tuition. MyProcare is safe, secure and created with your convenience in mind.

You may still continue to call our main office to make credit/debit card payments, or you can send payments via US Mail to: Extended Day Child Care, 5311 Longwood Avenue, Parma, OH 44134.

Tuition Based on Contracted Service
Tuition is charged for all days children are scheduled to attend and is the means by which a spot in our program is held. If your child is ill or absent, no refund of tuition will be issued. Tuition is charged through and including the last day of school.

Tuition will be charged if a child is suspended from day school and does not attend the child care program.  If a child is suspended from the child care program, no tuition will be charged for the suspended days.

No Adjustment in Tuition for Unscheduled School Closings
The child care program tuition-based budgets are determined using the number of scheduled school days. District employees are required to be paid for unanticipated school closings, such as snow days. Therefore, there will be no adjustment in tuition for any unscheduled school closings. We understand this can be a hardship for parents who must also pay for alternative childcare. Please call the office to arrange for an extended payment schedule if necessary.
