Accepting the Award

    Congratulations! You raised some funds!
     
    • Notify your administrator and the Federal Programs Office that you accepted items or funds.

    • All checks need to be sent directly to the district and be made payable to Parma City School District.

    • Review the District/School Level Competitive Grants Awarded Flow Chart.

    • Fill out the New Grant/Crowdfunding Received Form and send to the Federal Programs Office within 5 days of accepting the funds/materials.

    • Contact Kathie Heiser in the Treasurer’s Office in order to create budget line accounts for Board approval and implementation.

    • Spend your funds according to the intention of the project, do not spend any funds until purchase orders are in place.

    • Inventory items, if applicable.

    • Keep a log of expenses, including receipts, in order to complete any reports that are required of you.
