Title III-Language Instruction for Limited English Proficient and Immigrant Students funds are used to increase the English proficient of Limited English students (LEP). High-quality language instruction educational programs are provided that are based on scientific research and are demonstrated to be effective. The funds may also provide high-quality professional development to classroom teachers and other staff.
