Independence Blvd. Construction

Bricks

The City of Parma Heights has begun a project to completely reconstruct Independence Blvd. The project is estimated to take 365 days. We will have access to our parking lots at all times. However, we may not have access to all entrances/exits at all times, which may necessitate changes in traffic patterns within our parking lots. Whenever any changes occur, we will keep students and parents informed via announcements and leader alert phone calls.

An alternate route for those dropping off children is Boundry Lane, one street south of the school. There is a walkway there with an entrance to the school. Using this entrance will keep students out of the construction zone and help with safety as well as traffic flow. Students who walk to school should use crosswalks and stay out of the construction zones. Please be mindful that workers operating big equipment have a reduced line of sight.

Students and parents should adjust the time they leave the house in the morning so that students are not late to school. Please be patient as this is a City of Parma Hts. project which is out of our control. We will continue to keep parents and students informed of changes as they occur.
