Five Year Fiscal Forecast

There are several different ways for you to view the Parma City School District's Five Year Forecast.

Step - by - Step Instructions

1. Visit http://fyf.oecn.k12.oh.us/fyforecast/ViewForecast/
2. Click on the 'Cuyahoga' in the Counties frame along the left hand edge.
3. Scroll down the upper frame listing the school districts in Cuyahoga County until you see 'Parma City (044636)' and click on it.
4. In the bottom frame you will now see two options.
5. • You can have the amounts shown in dollars or in thousands.
   • You can select one of the following format:
   • • Display (web page)
     • Excel 2000 (web version but if you have Excel it will try to open there)
     • CSV (Comma Separated Values is a text format useful for importing the data into other programs)
     • Tab Delimited (Another text format that is useful for importing into other programs)
6. Click on 'Generate Forecast' button
7. A warning screen explaining some of the limitations of fiscal forecasting. Click on 'Generate Forecast' again.
8. You will now see the report. Depending upon the format option selected, your browser and your software installed you may need to answer more questions to finally see the numbers.
9. Please be sure to look at the 'Notes' area below the numbers to see what general assumptions were used to develop the forecast.

NOTE: You can also use the above methods to explore the Five Year Forecast for any district in the state of Ohio.
