Activity Advisor: Mrs. C. Mireiter
The Shiloh Insider is our school newspaper. The staff is made up of 7th and 8th grade students with a variety of talents and interests. The students select what topics they want to write about, get the information, and type their own stories. All students are welcome to be part of The Shiloh Insider staff.
The paper includes interviews, current events, advice, horoscopes, polls, poetry, editorials, photographs, drawings, and much more. Students are taught about editing, layouts, interviewing, and other newspaper writing techniques. We also use basic computer skills for editing and publishing the newspaper. The paper is published up to four times a school year and sold to the students of Shiloh during lunch periods.
