Geography Bee Contest

All of the students in the entire school took the qualifying test for the Geography Bee contest in their Social Studies classes.  Next, the TOP TEN students from each house competed against each other in an oral competition at their grade level.

From this contest, we took the TOP FIVE from each grade.  They entered the FINAL ROUND of competition which was conducted on January 8th in the Media Center during first period.  Many parents and grandparents attended.

The RUNNER UP WAS 8TH GRADER DREW S. FROM HOUSE X

THE SCHOOL CHAMPION WAS NAOMI V. FROM HOUSE X.

Naomi then took a written exam which was sent to the the next level of competition. If she scores high enough, she will advance to the next level.
