What is the Art Club at Shiloh?
Art Stars is an art club at Shiloh for students who are interested in art. Art Stars is a great way to meet new friends and share the experience of making art. The Art Stars get to do fun and exciting projects for or the school, community, and ourselves, Check out our Art Stars star student mural in the cafeteria.
If you are good at drawing or painting, then The Art Stars Club needs you!
Last year, Art Stars did digital photography and had an art show and silent auction. Many thanks to parents and teachers for their support. Students raised over $250 selling their artwork at the show. This money will be used to buy more photography equipment. Again this year we plan on doing more digital photography in Art Stars. So bring your camera and let's go!
This year we also plan to do an new mural for the social studies department. Mr. Gigliotti was quoted as saying "We need artists who will work vigorously to create a mural that can help shape the young minds of America" If you can draw and paint we need you!
Art Stars Club meets on Wednesdays from 2:50- 4:00P.M.
