2008 REGISTRATION FORM
SPONSORED BY: Parma Early Childhood P.T.A., Parma Jaycees, Parma City Schools, Tri-City Safety Association of Parma, and the
Parma, Parma Heights, and Seven Hills Safety Forces.
SAFETY TOWN OF PARMA (S.T.O.P.): will operate seven two week sessions; two daytime and one evening at the James E. Hanna Elementary School Site and four daytime at the Green Valley Elementary School Site. Sessions run Monday through Friday. No classes July 4th. (All topics will be covered in 9 days in those holiday two week sessions.)
LOCATIONS: James E. Hanna Elementary School, 11212 Snow Road, behind Snowville Plaza.
Green Valley Elementary School, 2401 West Pleasant Valley Rd, across from Normandy High School.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE: Residents of the Parma City School District, (Parma, Parma Hts., Seven Hills) whose child will be entering kindergarten , public or private, in the fall.
REGISTRATION: FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. At Parma Sr High School Cafeteria, (use rear parking lot off Longwood) 6285 West 54th. St. on Saturday May 3d from 9:00 am to 12:00 (noon). Registration by mail will not be opened until after May 5th, 2008. Please prioritize your choice of times and locations consecutively, (1,2,3, etc.) Every effort will be made to provide you with your highest priority that is still open. Class size is limited. You will be notified by mail of your class assignment.

T-SHIRTS: Safety Town T-Shirts will be available at registration for $ 7.00 each. Purchase is voluntary, and wearing of T-Shirt is completely optional.
DAYTIME FEE: Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) EVENING FEE: Thirty Dollars ($30.00) paid at the time of registration.
