Principal's Message

I hope you had a beautiful Thanksgiving with your loved ones.  It is truly amazing how quickly the time is flying by.  In three more weeks we will be home for winter break.  Yikes!!!  Many thanks again for all your donations for our Food Fight campaign against Parkview Elementary.  Even though they won we were all winners with the amount of non-perishable food items donated to the Parma Hunger Center.  The $$$ collected ($127.00) was used to purchase food certificates from Save-A-Lot and also given to the Hunger Center.  The students that donated were treated to a movie on Nov. 25 (Snowbuddies) and really enjoyed it.  Mr. Jerry set the multi-purpose room up theater style and the students thought that was great!

Hope to see many of you at our annual Holiday Shop on Thursday, Dec. 4 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.  We are also having Dad’s Diner this evening, too.  So, remember to turn in your reservations for this fun event.  Scholastic Books will also be available for book purchases in the multi-purpose room. 

Our Winter Concert will be held at PSH auditorium on Wed. Dec. 17 at 7:30 p.m.  Please join us and enjoy our choir and band/orchestra.  Our first graders will be performing Holidays Around the World on Dec. 18 in the multi-purpose room at 10:30 a.m.  The classroom winter parties will be on Dec. 18 at 2:15 p.m.
