The Mission of the Parma Area Community Television Network, also known as the PACT, is to provide high-quality, informative programming to the residents of Parma, Parma Heights and Seven Hills 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The PACT will focus on activities and achievements involving the Parma City School District, the cities of Parma, Parma Heights and Seven Hills, Parma Community General Hospital, Cuyahoga Community College Western Campus, and the Cuyahoga County Public Library System.

The PACT is available for customers of Cox Communications Digital Cable in Parma, Parma Heights and Seven Hills on Channel 74.  PACT is also on AT&T U-Verse, throughout Northeast Ohio, on Channel 99.
