Ms. Bick Fielder
Ms. Fielder teachers Biology I and Biology II in room 310 and 234.  She can be contacted at FielderB@ParmaCitySchools.org or 1-440-885-2400.  Ms. Fielder is a graduate of the MUST program at Cleveland State University. 
Mrs. Jessica Guzman
Mrs. Guzman is in her second year at Normandy High School.  She teaches Physics and General Chemistry in room 302.  Mrs. Guzman attended Baldwin-Wallace College where she majored in Integrated Science Education (BS). She is currently working on a masters degree through Marygrove College. Mr. Brian Kroth
Mr. Kroth currently teaches Biology I and Biotechnology Honors in rooms 310 and 234.  This is Mr. Kroth's 8th year at Normandy.  He can be reached by phone at 440-885-2400 or by e-mail at KrothB@ParmaCitySchools.org.  Mr. Kroth majored in science education at Bowling Green State University (BA, 1994) and completed a Masters in Secondary Education at Cleveland State University (2005).  Mr. Kroth is the Freshmen Class Advisor and also a co-advisor for the Normandy Science Olympiad.
Mr. Chris Mohnacky
Mr. Mohnacky is starting his third year at Normandy High School. He teaches Environmental Science, Physical Science, and Chemistry. He is a 2006 graduate of Bowling Green University, where he earned an Integrated Science degree with a Biology minor. He can be contacted as MohnackyC@ParmaCitySchools.orgor 440-885-2400. Mr. Mohnacky is an assistant coach for the Normandy wrestling team.
Mrs. Kelly Polomsky
Mrs. Polomsky currently teaches Biology I and Biology I Honors in room 310.  She has taught at Normandy since 2001 and can be contacted at PolomskyK@ParmaCitySchools.org or 1-440-885-2410.  Mrs. Polomsky recently completed a Master of Education program at Marygrove University (MA, 2004).  Mrs. Polomsky also attended Ohio University (Science Education BS, 1999). 
Mrs. Stacy Pinc

Mrs. Cynthia Sutyak

Mrs. Sutyak currently teaches Biology I and Physical Science in room 312.  She has taught at Normandy since 1994.  In 2003 Mrs. Sutyak became a National Board Certified Teacher in Adolescence and Young Adulthood Science/Biology.  Mrs. Sutyak also attended Kent State University (Secondary Education/Science MAT, 1991) and Washington and Jefferson College (Biology BA, 1989).  Mrs. Sutyak is the advisor for the Normandy Environmental Club.  She can be contacted at SutyakC@ParmaCitySchools.org or 1-440-885-2410.  Visit NHSbiology.netfirms.com to find out more information about Mrs. Sutyak, her classes, and activities.  Additional classroom and grade information can be found at MyGradebook.com.     

Mr. John Silva

Mr. Steve Vaughn
Picture of Steve VaughnMr. Vaughn currently teaches Physical Science in room 308 and Environmental Science in room 310.  He can be contacted at VaughnS@ParmaCitySchools.org or 440-885-2400.  Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, and Earth Science are some of the courses that Mr. Vaughn has taught.  Mr. Vaughn received his education degree from Ohio University (BSeD, 1982) and his Masters in Counseling from Cleveland State University (MA, 1996).  He currently serves as the Head Coach for the Normandy Invaders wrestling team. 
 
Mrs. Donna Turner

Mrs. Turner currently teachers Honors Chemistry and Advanced Placement Chemistry in room 304. Mrs. Turner completed a Master of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of Akron in 2005. Mrs. Turner also attended Gannon University (Secondary Science Certificate, 1998 and Chemistry BS. 1997). Mrs. Turner is the co-advisor for the Normandy Science Olympiad and also chair of the Normandy Science Department. Mr. Tom Verlie

Mr. Verlie is in his fifth year at Normandy High School and teaches Honors Physics and Engineering Physics in Room 306.  He can be contacted at
VerlieT@ParmaCitySchools.org or 1-440-885-2400.  Mr. Verlie earned a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Cleveland State University.  He also attended Fordham University (Physics BS, 1997).  Mr. Verlie serves Normandy as coach for the Normandy Science Olympiad Team and as co-advisor of the Normandy National Honor Society.
