Bidding Instructions

SILENT BIDS

You can bid on the whole "lot" or on a single item in that lot or on multiple items in that lot all on one bid sheet.

If you are not bidding on the entire lot, please use the letter of the item/s if provided, and if not, please give as much information as you can.

OPENING AND AWARDING BIDS

Bids will be awarded according to monetary order. The highest monetary bid will be accepted first – even if it is just for one item or multiple items in that lot. That item or items will be pulled from the lot and we will continue down the bids. If the person bidding on the lot does not have the largest monetary bid and items have been pulled from the lot, the bidder may rescind that bid.
