Register/Update My E-Mail Address
If you know your Home Access Center Username and Password you can use this tool to register/update your password. Once you register your password you will be able to request that your Home Access Center Account information be e-mailed to you. Whenever you update your e-mail address a message will be sent to both the old and the new e-mail address.

My Students Screen
If you have more than one student in the district AND your guardian information has been linked between each of your children you will see the 'My Students' link here. Click on the student you wish to view. If you have a different account for each of your children then you will not see this screen.
Main Screen This is the screen you will see first. Today's Attendance will typically be blank until the office enters the daily attendance. The schedule will always reflect the current schedule. If you look at this over the weekend do not be surprised to see nothing scheduled. The classwork area will list any assignments due this week. It will list both pending and grading assignments. Please note that if a teacher elects not to publish assignments then nothing will appear here. The incidents area will list any discipline information for the current week. | |
| Notice the comment bubble located in both the "Classwork For This Week" and the "Today's Schedule" box. If you click on this bubble the class notes box to the right will appear. Any notes that the teacher has elected to publish will appear here. |  |
| If you click on any of the course names the pop-up to the right will appear listing all of the course details. |  |
| If you click on any of the assignment names the pop-up to the right will appear giving all of the details about the assignment. Note that it does not report what the student earned. |  |
If the teacher's name appears in blue that means the teacher's e-mail address is available. If you click on the name one of two things will happen:
1.If you are on your own computer and you use an e-mail program like Outlook or Outlook Express and if your Web browser is configured correctly your e-mail program will start and you will be able to send an e-mail.
2.If you are using a Web based e-mail system or your Web Browser is incorrectly configured nothing will happen and you will not be able to send an e-mail.
Both of these scenarios depend upon how your computer, Web browser and e-mail program are configured. None of this is controlled by the school district.
The Schedule Tab When you click on the 'Schedule' tab the student's full schedule will appear. Note that all semesters are displayed here. If you click on any of the links they have the same behavior as noted on the main screen. |  |
The Attendance Tab When you click on the 'Attendance' tab the following screen will appear. You can navigate through the months of the current school year. If you hover over a given date you will see all of the available details for that attendance record. | |
The Discipline Tab If you click on the 'Discipline' tab the table to the right will appear. The first thing to note is that this is a cumulative report. In other words you will be able to see every incident recorded in the system. When you click on the incident description link for a specific incident a pop-up will appear listing all of the known information about the incident. When you click on the incident role link for a specific incident a pop-up will appear. Here you can see all of the information about the student's role in the incident and any actions (disciplinary actions) that were taken. | |
The Classwork Tab When you click on the 'Classwork' tab this screen appears. A few things to note right away: |  |
- You can use the drop down lists to select any combination of course and/or report card run and then select a sort method. It is not possible to view any prior year records.
- If a teacher has elected not to publish information the course will be listed followed by a note that no classwork was found for that course / report card run.
- Each row includes quite a bit of detail about the assignment.
- Clicking on the assignment link will again open the assignment detail pop-up.

At the bottom of the course list of assignments is the averages area. Just exactly what is displayed here is determined by the choices made by the teacher. Points versus averages and weighted versus unweighted categories / assignments all will affect what is displayed here. When all is said and done though the student's current total average is displayed. The 'Show All Averages' button will show a summary of all averages on file from any / all marking periods. |  |
The Interim Tab - Secondary Only When you click on the 'Interim' tab the screen to the right will appear. You can use the drop-down to select any of the available Interim Progress reports. You can not view any prior year's report. |  |
The Report Cards Tab - Secondary Only When you click on the 'Report Cards' tab the screen to the right will appear. You can use the drop-down list to select any of the marking periods on file. Only current year information is available. |  |
The Registration Tab When you click on the 'Registration' tab the screen to the right will appear. You can not make any changes here but that can note any changes that are needed and send them to the building for updating. | |
User Options In the top right hand corner are two or three small links. If you click on the 'My Profile' button the pop-up to the right will appear. Here you can change your password. |  |
