It is with great pride that I welcome you to our web site and to Green Valley Elementary School, The Best School on the Planet!
Green Valley is located in a southwestern suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. We are part of the Parma City School District in Parma, Ohio. Our building serves families residing in the cities of Parma and Seven Hills.
Green Valley has students in grades K-6. We are the fifth largest elementary school in terms of enrollment in the eighth largest district in Ohio. We are extremely proud to announce that we have received the rating of EXCELLENT from the State of Ohio of Education.
Our school flourishes and excels because of an enthusiastic and dedicated staff, bright, happy students and tremendously supportive parents and community.
Our building is fortunate to have several business and community partners. Our PTA is always ready and willing to serve the students and staff. They provide many activities throughout the year such as a book fair, family fun night, and assemblies of the highest quality. The PSE Credit Union brings banking opportunities for our students each week. Durkens Florist supports our many celebrations we have in the building by providing flowers! Pastor Al of Redeemer Baptist Church in Parma attends many of our functions and his congregation supports programs in our building such as Ohio Reads and Giant Hearts.
