A program whose primary focus is on the well-being, safety and academic success of the children in our communities.
(Funded by the Cuyahoga County Commissioners, through a partnership with the Department of Children and Family Services.)

We are about building on children, families and communities strengths! 

WHAT WE DO and HOW WE DO IT.....

♥ We develop partnerships with a network of community organizations that provide various programs and services designed to assist our families.

♥ Referrals can be made from individuals/families, schools, cities, congregations and other partners.

♥ Based on your responses to our staff, connections are made between the family & the appropriate resource.
