Welcome to the Ridge-Brook Discovery Center

21 CLC Logo The Ridge-Brook Discovery Center is a 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant Program. This federally funded program is a free after school program designed to serve students in Grades K-4 of Ridge-Brook Elementary School.  The program provides a safe environment for students to participate in enrichment activities in technology, sports, music, the arts, character education, physical fitness, and many more areas of interest for students to discover.  All students participate in homework assistance and other intervention or skill maintenance in Math and Reading, depending upon their needs

Parents and/or Guardians are responsible for arranging a way home for their children each day.  All students are dismissed by 6:25 p.m.   Please be timely.  If you need to pick up your child earlier, please do so between the activity periods, which are 4:55 and 5:40, as to limit the amount of interruptions to the program.  If your child will be absent from the Discovery Center, please send a note to the school office or call the Discovery Center Office at (440) 886-7634 to let us know.   Confirmation of your child's enrollment will be sent home by letter or by e-mail.
