NOTE: Due to a change in security you will now be asked to install a small client tool the first time you login to the VPN. When you see a message about Install Now, Remind Me Later or Never Install please be sure to select Install Now and follow the directions.
What is a VPN?
A virtual private network (VPN) is a secure private data network or connection that tunnels through that Internet to connect remote users with internal resources.
How do I get VPN Access?
1. Review the system requirements on the VPN Request form, complete the form and submit it to your office. NOTE: You do not need to fill this form out more than once. Staff members retain their VPN rights from year to year.
2. Once your request has been processed you will receive and e-mail letting you know that your computer login / e-mail account has been activate for VPN use.
Please review the VPN Trouble Shooting Flowchart. If you get to any of the circles that start with 'Sorry' that means you will not be able to use the VPN connection. Below are some of the items that can be the problem. Please note that we are unable to support your home machine.

Other information
The Parma City School District does not guarantee that you will be able to use this VPN. There are many things that can go wrong at your end that would not interfere with your ability to use the Internet but would make a secure connection to our systems impossible.
This VPN is for staff use only in order to access school district resources. Any other use is strictly forbidden.
