PCSD Public Web Site This is the district's official public Web site. The district uses a Content Management System (CMS) called CommonSpot. This tool enables the district to have multiple authors for different areas of the site while still controlling the overall look and feel of the site.

AITOR Intranet Web Tool - Attendance Intervention Tracking and Online Reporting: This tool is used to track student attendance and automate the process of tracking and informing students, parents and staff of attendance issues before they become problems. This tool was developed by DIS.

Click Intranet Web Tool - Click Looks up Information on Copier Klicks: This tool is ued by staff to see their copier utilization and central print shop utilzation. It is also used by principals and other supervisors to limit the total number of copies available to individual staff memebrs. This tool was developed by DIS.

DINO-TS Intranet Web Tool - Data In, Nothing Out - The Solution: This tool is a data warehouse used by teachers, counselors, principals and other district staff to explore state testing scores, standardized testing scores, attendance and personalized goals for individual students and classes as a whole. This tool was developed by DIS.

PCSD Web Calendar Internet Web Tool: This tool is used by various buildings and departments to track and publish their activities. This tool also includes an export utility that will extract data from one or more calendars for a given period of time and insert it into a vistor's Outlook or Palm Desktop. This tool was developed by DIS.

Prof-DB Intranet Web Tool: This tool has two main functions. The first is to track, plan and organize the various pieces of information needed to issue the annual state tests (Ohio Achievement Tests, Ohio Graduation Tests) to students. It is also used to track the results from those tests in a way that enables district staff to use the data for educational purposes. It also enables the district to submit the data required by the state for annual reporting. This tool was developed by DIS.

This information is also used to provide the state auditors with yearly physical assets information. This tool was developed by DIS.
