There are more to Family Matters than just concerns of the family; there are issues such as dating, marriage, aging, coping with stress, divorce, remarriages, finances, aging parents, and many other topics. | K.I.D.S. (Kids In Developmental Stages) Prepare yourself for the job of being a parent. Build sound parenting skills for your future through simulated classroom experiences and contact with those in parenting roles. Observe, study and interact with children. "Baby-Think-It-Over" is used to simulate the newborn experience.

Learn "On Your Own" survival skills with activities including emergency mending techniques, laundry and stain removal procedures, managing your time and money, preparing for a career, interviewing techniques, short and long-term goal setting, job shadowing, building relationships, survival cooking techniques, and interior design. Teen Food and Nutrition Beginner cooks, here's a course for you! Learn how to make healthy food choices as well as prepare simple, nutritious snacks, breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Do all this while learning about decision making, managing your resources, and cooperating with others.
