The work scope was established as a result of an analysis produced by Osborne Engineering. There were various school buildings in need of brick mortar replacement throughout the District. The cement between numerous brick walls was either in a process of decay or had eroded over time. Weak concrete between bricks provides access for water to reach the interior walls and weakness exterior wall structures.
