The Pleasant Valley Elementary School parking lot has been patched year-after-year. Years of use as a Junior High School, Elementary School, and Maintenance Area has placed an usual amount of car, bus and truck traffic on a surface originally designed for light car traffic. As a result, the pavement was in need of replacement.
