Parma Senior High: Auditorium Sound System (Cost: $94,430)

Originally installed in 1952 for the opening of the original PSHS building in 1953. The auditorium sound system has served its purpose well but aging wiring, speaker deterioration, and a fire in the 1980’s, has resulted in the need to renovate the sound system. Presently, auditorium use for performing arts involves the renting of additional speakers. This renovation not only provides the high school with a quality sound system but will also allow the school District to rent the auditorium for outside profession performing arts concerts, for the benefit of student and area residents.
