Philosophy

Educational opportunities for gifted students should foster their uniques abilities and/or talents.  Studies show that it is important for these students to interact with others of similar talents and/or abilities as well as with their chronological peers.  The ALP structure allows cognitively gifted students to meet other students from Parma, Parma Heights, and Seven Hills.

The student will be encourage to become a self-directed, life-long learner.

The student will develop an understanding of what it means to be gifted through social/emotional activities and discussions.
